Founded on Family. Built to Fight for Yours.
At ATR Law Group, the work we do isn't separate from who we are. Our founder grew up watching her parents navigate the immigration system from the inside — and she built this firm because that experience still drives every case we take.

Frequently Asked Questions About ATR Law Group
Who founded ATR Law Group and what is her background?
ATR Law Group was founded by Alinka Tymkowicz Robinson, Esq., a Phoenix-based attorney whose parents immigrated to the United States. She founded the firm out of a direct, personal connection to the immigrant experience — not as a business decision, but as a reflection of her values. She is licensed by the Arizona State Bar, a member of AILA and the ABA, and a BBB Accredited Business.
Is ATR Law Group a bilingual law firm?
Yes. We provide full legal services in both English and Spanish. Our team communicates with clients in the language that works best for them, including through WhatsApp.
What is AILA and why does it matter when choosing an immigration attorney?
AILA stands for the American Immigration Lawyers Association — the national professional organization for attorneys who specialize in immigration law. AILA membership signals that an attorney treats immigration as a primary focus, not a secondary service. Members are required to stay current on immigration policy and law through ongoing education.
Does ATR Law Group offer free consultations?
Yes. Every new client consultation at ATR Law Group is free. We will review your situation, explain your legal options, and give you a clear picture of next steps — without any obligation to proceed.
What practice areas does ATR Law Group handle?
We handle immigration law, personal injury, and criminal defense. We are particularly well-positioned to serve clients whose situations involve more than one of these areas — for example, an immigrant worker injured on the job, or a client facing criminal charges that carry potential immigration consequences.
